Wonderful Week

Jack is closing in on the end of his first week. We had a good day together. Spent a bit of time working on travel plans for the holidays. Wilma stopped by for a quick visit and brought us some treats. I had an eye exam and ordered some new specs.

Jack continues to have long daytime naps and frequent nighttime feedings. A check-up is scheduled for tomorrow--it will be interesting to see what the stats are.

Sarah played outside a bit before supper. She picked up some sticks with Dad, took a short wagon ride and played in/with her Flintstone's car. She likes to park on the edge of the garage and our stone drive way and "mess" with the stones by picking them up and putting them in the luggage compartment or on the car seat. Tonight she found an old rusty ring among the stones and came over to me with it on her finger. I don't think that the ring has any value but she recognized it as an important find.
